Motorola i605 Bluetooth Phone for Nextel
FCC and industry websites have posted details on a new Motorola phone for Nextel. The i605 will be Motorola's first Bluetooth iDen phone and will feature a large color display, speakerphone, voice dialing, GPS, and Java. Unfortunately the phone looks pretty ugly. [Via Phonescoop]
