DICE Shareholders Say No to EA

According to a Swedish newspaper and Shacknews.com translation, two factions that control 16% and 12% of Digital Illusions (the creator of the Battlefield series) are rejecting Electronic Art's offer to buy the company. Both shareholders believe next year will be the biggest year yet for DICE and think the valuation of their company is likely to go higher. Unfortunately for EA, the company needs 90% of the shareholder count to approve the merger.
