Download it thru here http://www.unrealtournament.com/index.php I would use the Atari mirror to d/l it...the file is ~209MB and the Atari mirror was the fastest. If you liked UT2003, you'll love this...many changes and upgrades. Unlike many demo's I've played, this demo played without crashing, etc., and it was awesome on my new Dell 2001FP LCD...the 16ms response time really makes a difference.

I tried the demo today. The graphics are great, a show piece for our trusty Dell 2001FP.

People online seem to be loving multi-player. The graphics are awesome, I'll say once again.

This game is a blast, CTF boards remind of the old Quakeworld and Quake2 days.

And onslaught mode with its vehicles is taking time away from BF1942.

Epic really did a great job finally. The only thing that bothers me is the speed. The players are SO FAST, maybe I'm just getting old.

FYI, I've been playing this game constantly in ONSLAUGHT mode the past couple weeks. NON-STOP. MANY MANY hours wasted. The vehicles are so much fun, lots of good action. No running around down-time as in BF1942.

Going in a Manta and squishing your enemies by running them over and having the computer yell out "ROADKILL"! Now that is fun.

Yes, I know. Last time I looked BestBuy had it on sale for $29.99...my son wants it for his 9th birthday which is coming up in a month...more fun for Daddy!

Plus, don't you get a $10 mail in rebate if you own UT2003???? I've played the demo, too, and I thought it was pretty fun. The UT series has never really been my cup of tea for online gaming though....I guess it's too fast-paced for my Day of Defeat loving arse!!!
