Best Podcast Microphone

I'm thinking of restarting the FirstAdopter.com Podcast in a couple of months. Anyone know of a good cheap (under $200) recommended microphone for podcasting?

I've been using a cheap microphone/headset combo from Plantronics, anything will probably be an improvement over that.
