Hello,
I just brought a Dell 2405fpw and frequently the monitor blinks on and off only right after I bootup my computer and while I'm trying to type my password in. I then have to shutdown the computer, then turn it on again and it works fine. I have a ATI 9200SE graphics card and I installed windows xp update drivers for the monitor, but it still blinks on and off right after the bootup while I am entering my password. Could this be a graphics card problem. Do I need a better graphics card? OR is something wrong with the monitor? Thanks for your help!
