My son was born a few days ago. He came about 2-3 weeks earlier than the due date, but thank goodness he's overall healthy.

We had to go back to hospital and readmitt him for jaundice? yesterday, but it looks like he's fine now.

Yes that is the reason I haven't posted much (or slept much) past few days. But I'm so happy. God's gift. Pure miracle. Need sleep.

congrats!
I have two daughters (14 & 4) myself. Kids really are the best lesson in life! I remember my youngest had jaundice also, but nothing to worry about.

It's gonna be fun!

Just got back from the hospital, his jaundice blood level thing has gone down. We have another checkup in 2 days. Hopefully it will be fine then.

Man changing and feeding him every 2-3 hours sure is tiring. How did any of you ever do it?

I can't even imagine having twins or more at the same time.

But when you hold him in your arms and he stares back at you. Wow. Magic.

You haven't lived life until you've been pee-ed and pooped on in your face. Oh parenthood! :)

Yeah it's almost like when you finally get that perfect stable overclock. :)

Congrats. I've got two kids myself: 4 month old and a 3 year old.

Congrats! The jaundice is nothing. Mine was 6 weeks early (23 months now) - again you don't have to worry these days. Mine was colicy so I didn't enjoy months 3 through 9 all that much but it is the best thing in the world. Enjoy it!

Haha, thanks guys. I can't wait to get him started on the basics first. Ms. Pacman, Dig Dug, and Joust. Then maybe move him up to Super Mario Brothers.

SO what do you guys do with your kids when they are 0-2 years old?

What kind of fun activities?

He's not old enough to play videogames yet, I think. LOL.

He's already roaming around breaking things (glass bowls) and pressing the buttons on the front of my mid-tower PC. Not fun.

My 18 month old loves to turn off all of the fans on my web server. It doesn't help that there are 4 bright blue led's that turn red when the fans are off. Like a moth to a flame. Then he proceeds to yank the knobs off and brings them to me.

He just learned how to open the CD and DVD drives. Not good. Now I have to get a new desk to put my mid-tower on. Being on the ground is not going to work anymore.
