Cold Treatments?

I have a nasty cold/flu last few days. Anyone recommend a specific treatment?

I've tried Nyquil and Tyneol Cold medicine with mixed results.

my wife and mother swear by it. You're supposed to take it immediately at the onset of symptoms, but I've heard that it also works once you've got the cold too.

I'm using Sudafed 24 hour. It helps, but I feel like a brain dead zombie. Duuuuuuuhhhh.

I'm feeling a little better now. Be careful with 24 hour Sudafed, major dosage. It kept me up all night. Crazy druggage zombie mode.
