Radioshack Dumps Verizon for Cingular

Radioshack signed up a 10 year deal with Cingular and dumped "Can you hear me now?" Verizon. Radioshack has 5000 stores selling wireless phones.

In addition to creating the 10-year pact with Cingular, RadioShack extended its partnership with Sprint (NYSE: FON - news) for another 11 years. Cingular and Sprint will support RadioShack's efforts to expand retail distribution outside of the company's stores.
