MPAA Sues BitTorrent Servers

MPAA decided to continue their "sue until they drop" strategy by going after BitTorrent servers all around the world from France, Netherlands, Finland, United States, and England. A spokesman said they have taking legal and criminal action against 100 servers on four continents. eDonkey and DirectConnect networks are also among the P2P technologies under the MPAA's watchful eye. On a humorous note, the MPAA Director of World-wide Anti-Piracy feels the need to whine in the press release that these BitTorrent sites forbid pornagraphy, but allow downloading of copyrighted movies and TV shows. How dare they!
