Cellphone Peeping Toms Beware

Congress passed a law banning using camera phones or other video devices on people undressing or being nude without their consent. Fines are up to 100,000 dollars and one year in prison. The law only covers federal property including government buildings, national parks, and military bases. In many Asian countries, the government forces cellphone makers to have a verbal click or cue when taking a photo. That legislation may not be far off here.
