Cellphone Flower Power

Around 650 million cellphone will be sold this year with most being thrown away within 2 years. The environment gets the worst of it because phone are filled with plastic, heavy metal, and harmful chemicals. Not to mention the wicked battery. Scientists at University of Warwick developed biodegradable plastic casings that are non-toxic. The kicker is there is a sunflower seed embedded in the case, so once you throw it out you may find a flower somewhere in the land-fill.
